Balmoral leather or fabric sofa by ROM

Model of the concept „20cm“: just choose it made to measure…20cm collection „Classic“. Choice of the size, by steps of 20cm. Larger Balmoral leather or fabric sofa or corners (in steps of 20cm), or other combinations than the ones suggested are also possible, on request.

FEATURES

• With electric recliner: choice of the control tool: remote control or buttons. Required clearance from the wall for the recliner: 10cm.

• Possibility to get a double electric recliner (side by side) in larger corner combinations (D). For the element „D“ (double electric relax in the corners), it‘s only possible to choose the kind of control tool to relax on the element with the armrest, the other one will automatically be with control tool „buttons“.

• Adjustable headrest (even in the element „C“).

• Battery function available for all the elements, in option. The choice of an optional battery for the element „D“ (double electric relax in corners) automatically means 2 batteries extra charged

• Storage space under the terminal is included.

COMFORT

• For EU: choice of 3 foams: Bultex (37kg/m³), Biotex (55kg/m³), or Boxspring+ (2 layers of pocket springs + Biotex foam 55kg/m³).

• For UK: choice of 2 foams: HR-Foam or Boxspring+ (2 layers of pocket springs + HR-Foam).

COVERS

• This Balmoral leather or fabric sofa model is available in two-tone color at Remodern. it is not possible to combine leather and fabric.

• Contrast stitching is possible (without extra charge). The choice between 14 thread colors. if contrast stitching has been chosen, it will only be on fabric nr 1 (see picture).
• For the leather version, the seats are laminated with a special fleece in order to limit the elasticity of the leather and reduce fold formation.
